After 18 years working in the vocational education and employment services sectors, I went back to uni to gain a qualification, endorsed by the Career Development Association of Australia to promote professional excellence by career development practitioners.

I have comprehensive knowledge of training and funding options to enable your career journey plus familiarity with hundreds of workplaces in dozens of industries - each with their own recruitment and staffing challenges.
While trained to provide support using ‘narrative counselling’ techniques, I’m not a psychologist. For trauma, marriage, mental health or substance abuse counselling, for instance, I’m not the most appropriate practitioner to assist you.
Similarly, I’m not a life coach – Tandem Career Consulting is about career decisions and the nuts and bolts of moving into a job you want via practical tools and networks.
